With more than three decades of healthcare experience, Shelia Inusah has dedicated her career to serving others with compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence. Her extensive experience in the EEOICPA program, combined with her lifelong passion for healthcare, inspired the creation of C.B. Helping Hands LLC.
As Founder and Quality Assurance Director, Shelia oversees the agency’s quality improvement initiatives, compliance, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence. Her vision is to build an organization where every patient receives exceptional care rooted in faith, professionalism, and respect.
Abigail Jennings, RN
Administrator | Clinical Operations Director
Abigail Jennings, RN, brings more than 33 years of healthcare experience in clinical operations, nursing leadership, and patient care. She also has extensive experience serving patients through the EEOICPA program, giving her a deep understanding of complex care coordination and regulatory requirements.
As Administrator and Clinical Operations Director, Abigail oversees daily clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and quality patient outcomes.
